Your GPX is badly formed and Flash's XML parser is refusing to read it.

You don't have a closing </gpx> tag and there's all manner of spurious '--'
lines all over the place.

If you want to handcraft XML files like that, it's worthwhile running them
through an online XML validator as a sanity check.
