Hi Sam,

With the exception of public transit timetables, each item from your
list is included in OpenStreetMap.  Perhaps not everywhere, and for
some of the items, perhaps in few places.  But this is directly to the
point of OpenStreetMap; if there is information about your
neighbourhood that is missing and important to you, you can add it to
OpenStreetMap.

So my specific advice to you, about extending OpenStreetMap with this
data, is for you to go out and do your first survey for OpenStreetMap.
 Collect some of this information that you find interesting and
contribute it.
