[OSM-newbies] How long does it take for the "NoName" layer to update?

While adding names to some local streets, I noticed that some I had added on Feb. 28 still showed the red outline on the NoName display, although the names are properly shown using Mapnik.

So the question is, how often is the NoName data updated?
