[OSM-newbies] howto tag a hiking trail crossroad

Hi

I recently did some hiking and recorded ways like this:

During such walks I would mark the trail intersections (or
crossroads), where signs pointing to different trails could be found.
As this is a useful map feature, I wonder how it should be tagged?

An example of such a waypoint is currently (wrongly) labelled as
Tourism/Information at
