I find those amenities, parks, cemeteries, etc. relatively easy to
confirm and helpful to have on the map. landuse = residential, vs.
commercial vs. light-commercial-industrial-3 or whatever the local
municipality designates it, much less so.
I prefer that the boundaries of those landuse areas, where they exist,
not be tied to the road or other features.
