[OSM-newbies] Building Outline Tags

Thank you to all who responded.  The answers were clear, concise and very prompt.

Since you asked for my feedback -- The "one feature, one osm element" page was helpful; it cleared up some of the issues.  On the negative side the page is hard to find for a newbie (at least I missed it).  The second part of this page entitled "Tag Data", was less clear.  I didn't understand what the author was getting at.  Some concrete examples would have made it better.
