[OSM-newbies] Any case of OSM adoptions in national mapping agencies?

Hi all,

If this topic is not proper to this mailing list, please forgive me. 

I'm just curious about whether any countries' NMA(National Mapping Agency) or NGI(National Geographic Institute) had ever given away data to OSM or used OSM data officially.

Relating to this topic, I found very interesting case in South Africa from Gavin's post[1]. I'm currently looking for similar case like South Africa. 

You help will be appreciated.
