[OSM-newbies] Is it a good idea to use the default images from OSM tile servers.

There is a cost involved to OSM in using the OSM tile server and if you ask
for too many tiles you may be cut off from the server which is not what you
want in a production environment. I'm not certain whom to ask about
service level agreements but I strongly suggest you need one.
Maperitive can be used to produce tiles fairly simply.
Creating your own gives you more control.
