[OSM-newbies] How do I make "open josm to edit" links, which are available in some maps, work

Hi,

Several OSM generated map webpages have links ( or drop-down menus) that
will take you to the an edit function such as potlatch or josm.
The example I'm currently looking at is in CLEANMAP
[link<http://cleanmap.poole.ch/#>].
Once you've zoomed in enough the drop-down menu in the top left can be used
to open Potlatch or josm.
Potlatch always works for me, but clicking on the josm link does not. What
do I need to do so that josm opens?

I am using Firefox, and josm-tested.jar
