[OSM-newbies] OSM Installation Provider?

A while back I was looking at a provider that offered to install all,
or a subset, of OSM and a tile generator, and I can't find the site.
I thought it was TileDrawer (since I remember it being an Ubuntu
instance), but I can't see anything on their site now that refers to a
service.  I think it was about $800 (plus hosting fees) for an
installation of a bunch of tools, though can't remember exactly what.
