[OSM-newbies] [OSM-talk] Changeset Comments

I do describe what I have done. However, JOSM (and maybe Potlach) 
retains the previous changeset's comments until they are overwritten. A 
couple of times I've been embarrassed to realize I forgot to update them 
to the present job.

Can one edit the comments once they have been entered into the database?
