Hi Pradeep,
Sorry to say this, but I don't think this is the right mailing list
for your question. "OSM-newbies" is for people who are new to mapping
with OSM, i.e. people learning how to edit the map. It's not a good
place to ask technical questions about setting up servers.
Instead, I'd suggest you ask one of these:
* OSM's own "native" Q and A website: https://help.openstreetmap.org/
* Stack Overflow <http://stackoverflow.com/search?q=openstreetmap> or
SuperUser <http://superuser.com/search?q=openstreetmap>, both of which
host quite a lot of Q and A for developers using OSM
* Channel #osm-dev on IRC (host irc.oftc.net)
