[OSM-newbies] bicycle "sharrows"

You can always set your own tag then render it with Maperitive, works in
windows off line or you can generate printed maps.  JOSM shows everything
but isn't the most user friendly interface for nontechnical users,  I'm not
quite sure why you want to map the precise place where the marker appears.
