[Openhiking] Local Hiking Scale

I just wanted to share a page I ran across on the OSM Wiki. The page
proposes adopting local hiking scales for trails instead of trying to create
a one size fits all solution. The ideas are the same as mine, however the
author (MetiorErgoSum
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:MetiorErgoSum> ) put the proposal
up more detailed than I did. Please take a look at the page and lets discuss
his/hers proposal. Thanks, Geokraft
