[Openhiking] Project goals

I want to take a different approach from other hiking related projects that
have already been started by creating tagging guidelines that allow
individual projects to use key tags appropriate to their project that don't
conflict with other projects. Please take a moment to review the following
statement. I updated the project goals on the wiki, but I would like a
little feedback to hear what others think.

 

OpenHiking is a project with goals of gathering idea about hiking maps,
creating and sharing them. The project it open to all existing projects
currently doing this work with the hope that we can create tagging
guidelines that don't conflict with other projects while still giving the
freedom to apply key tags specific to individual project goals.
