[OSM2World] Errors and Holes

Hallo everyone,

i am trying to generate some OBJ files from OSM data with your OSM2World
tool.
but the resulting OBJ file does contain a lot holes.
I tried several files from different sources and with different
config-file settings but none of them where ok.
When i use extreme small OSM files the OSM2World tool runs for hours but
nothing happens.

I created a folder with some debug informations:
