[OSM2World] Errors and Holes

Hello Malte,

the holes in the ground are, unfortunately, a long-standing OSM2World
bug that happens during subtraction and triangulation of areas. If you
can, one option would be to switch it off and generate your own terrain.
Of course I'm still hoping to fix the issue, and any help with this is
welcome.

As for the example file, I'm not sure what takes OSM2World so long when
parsing it, but after a first debugging attempt, it seems to be related
to intersection tests (which might hint at large and/or numerous
polygons). Can you perhaps describe what the file contains?

Best regards
Tobias
