[Osmcha-dev] 0.58.2 Release

Hello,

On Friday, we released a new version of OSMCha.

This release contains two main improvements. We are excluding from the
query results the changesets newer than 5 minutes, in order to avoid
visualization errors. As it takes almost 5 minutes to our software stack
generate the visualization map data of new changesets.

Another improvement is that we refined the way the Mapping Teams filter
