"We don't know", and the reason we don't know is that we don't have any 
real visibility of how the OSMF's membership changes over time, or what 
the make-up is at any one point - the problem is circular.

At this stage we're bootstrapping - anything is better than what we 
have, and will give us the information to make deeper decisions later 
on. We really are at "printf("Hello world");" with this one.

No, it's just we haven't got across how basic the issue is, and how 
urgent the need for *anything* better is. Hopefully this message and the 
others have helped with that?
