Can I presume from this that we are continuing to set up the civi
implementation, as that we have at least a minimum system to automate
the current manual system?  Waiting around for one member, or another,
while they are busy on another project seems problematic.  :-)

Have any of us adopted tasks, milestones and or deadlines?

I'd love to see strong, steady motion towards deployment.  So who will adopt

 test that payment works
 loading data from manual system
 soft launch by diverting (some or all?) signups to the new system
 draft announcement of new signup system
 publish announcement

I think we were also looking for somebody to do some web style stuff
for the signup site?  Anybody care to

 volunteer to do it
 find somebody who can me convinced to do so :-)

I'm happy to volunteer to continue my whinging and nagging ^W^W^W
cheer leading, for as long as it is welcome.  Go Team Membership!!!
