Is the board going to continue to have 7 places or will it be larger
this year?
I ask this because there is a rumour going round that a decision was
made at the 2008 AGM to increase the board to 9 people but this is not
mentioned in the 'informal meeting notes' that are available from the
foundation website (http://foundation.openstreetmap.org/annual-general-meetings/2nd-annual-general-meeting-london-1400-august-30th-2008/meeting-report/
) or on the foundation board election page (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Foundation/AGM09/Election_to_Board
).
On the subject of minutes, are there any formal minutes for the 2008
AGM?
Also I note that there are still no minutes available on the
foundation website for any meetings since April and no approved
minutes since the previous meeting which was at the end of February.

Are they available somewhere. If not then can then be published prior
to the AGM?
