With Flickr you can do an advanced search and tick only photos that are
under creative commons with commercial use allowed. I would think that
you can accept the uploaded holds copyright as they agreed to the Flickr
terms and conditions. although I know some people just tick that and
upload their friends photos so I understand you checking, also it is
nice to tell people where their photos are being used.
It is great to have your experience Paul onboard. When the media pack is
ready then please add a link to this page on the wiki. It is linked to
quite prominently from the wiki homepage, someone might also decide to
clean it up.
