[Osmf-talk] Mapzen example

Hi Jim,

A different question: does 100% of the information collected by Mapzen make its way back to OSM, or are there parts that don't?

This is correct...  

Mapzen is an editor that enables you to works with OSM data under the
standard contributor terms you signed up to with OSM.  It interacts under
your id with the OSM APIs... 

No different from other editors/tools in this respect.
