No one is asking Omidyar for a usability review. We are simply replying to them that
we are interested in discussing things with them further. They are very clear that
it's up to us to decide what we want.

Omiyar is a philanthropic investment firm. They've worked with great projects like
Wikipedia, Ushahidi, Creative Commons, Sunlight Foundation. Stephen King is very well
respected, and have major kudos from many of our peers.
