[Osmf-talk] ArcGIS Online & OSM

The reason i asked is because i heard a rumour that there was 'some sort of agreement' between ESRI & OSM  (However, i may have misunderstood what was said).  I just wanted to clarify this before anyone were to make any bold moves.  I am currently seeking clarification from ESRI & ESRI (UK) - i will inform you of what i find.  Surely if this is the case, then someone in OSMF would know something?
