Love it. The top level categories "View | Edit | Activity" make sense,
but IMHO the Activity tab has more potential. There are at least two
aspects:

(1) Advancement of map data

I think a heat map [1] for the recent edits could work quite well as a
visualization. It may offer motivation and competition for mappers and
can be displayed for all zoom levels.

(2) Community

General online discussion; forum & mailing lists; How to get in touch
with local mappers, etc.

The history of changesets is somewhere in between, but it's relatively
technical.
