How sits Microsoft in this? They may have an uncomfortable feeling as well.

IMHO the correct thing to do is to simply publish our 2011 (provisional)
financials and numbers for Q1 and Q2.

Due to the way the OSMF financial year is set* this would be a good
thing anyway, both in the name of transparency and good corporate
governance.
