I will likely be at the OKFN and submitted a workshop on open geo
data. I believe the reason that the session is empty is that they
haven't gone through the proposals yet.  There may already be an OSM
submission.

Regardless, I agree that an OSM specific session would be great to
have and am able to support but not lead it.
