[Osmf-talk] OSMF Articles of Association - Discussion on Revision for 2013 AGM

Just to clarify: would these non-Companies Act members be eligible to elect the board? If yes, then they would be just like normal members, so the Companies House could request the list, including all the details? If no, what would be the value of the membership?
