[Osmf-talk] OSM Training / certification

This base of our teaching is actually using LearnOSM
(http://learnosm.org/en/). The curriculum part that comes in is an
outline of the number of hours to be spent on each section and the
skills the participants need to have mastered to have considered
successfully completed a course.

There are also exercises and slides that will be included in LearnOSM,
we are still in the process of getting everything online in an easy to
reuse format.
