Hi

Looking at the following:

It would appear that this information has to be provided unless a court decides otherwise.

To be honest when I signed up for OSMF I didn't know this, however I think it is a small price to pay.  

Does the proposal actually get around this requirement?  I.e. it would seem to go against the act.
