[Osmf-talk] Gender Neutral Language in the AoA Update

I think "they" is less unwieldy, but I wonder if there's some legal distinction that our lawyer would be aware of between "he,she,it" and "they".
Perhaps we can say to the lawyer "we want gender neutral language, 'they' would be preferable if possible in legal nomenclature, otherwise 'he, she, or it"
