What do you want to state with this comment? Which imputation are you 
intending by this statement? Are you angry because your buddy Steve 
didn't make it at the latest vote?
STV is a democratic voting procedure which is (according to Wikipedia) 
used eg. in Australia, Malta, Republic of Irland, Northern Ireland, 
Iceland, New Zealand, Scotland and United States => would you not call 
these countries democratic?
