[Osmf-talk] Articles of Association Update 2.0

[Christian Quest]

For me it looks quite easy to solve both problems:
- anonymous voting
- transparent voting

Each voting member receives a unique anonymous token. He uses this token to
vote.
The full list of votes+tokens is made public, so any voter can check his
vote.
