An interesting idea of the Regional Parks Foundation. To become a member 
one has to apply by filling in an application form. At the same time, 
there is a possibility of The Gift of Membership.

On the first place in the list of the Membership Benefits stands:
1. Personalized Membership Cards for each named individual.

The price of membership could be Regular, and discounted, - Student, 
Senior, etc.

At this foundation in Canada

there is also an application process, a personalized membership card, 
plus a member's badge. I do not normally wear badges, but it depends on 
design. If it is not too big, then maybe. Besides, a small badge could 
be, perhaps, sent in an usual envelope together with the card.
