Steve and other current and aspiring OSMF board members,

First of all I want to thank you all for showing the courage and leadership
to (aspire to) be on this board. I hope that the next board can move to fix
some of the things that are, as it increasingly becomes clear, broken.
Transparency, internal communication, and perhaps also vision and
leadership, as you mention below.

What makes you feel we have lost vision and leadership? And what would you
do to fix it that you weren't able to do while being practically on the
board already as an emeritus member for the past years?

What do you mean by 'wasn't supported'?

And speaking of Henk, I am missing his voice in the conversations we have
been having, as well as Matt's,  Oliver's and Dermot's. I am really curious
what their perspective on the discussions of the past days is, and frankly
I feel it is really curious that they have chosen to stay out of them so
far, and I want to expressly invite them to voice their opinions on the
topics of transparency, the functioning of the board, leadership and vision.
