[Osmf-talk] AGM and board elections

Hi Paul

Dermot stood for re-election last year together with Oliver. This year
it is Matt plus one of Frederik, Henk and myself (equal seniority). That
is if nobody steps down, or voluntarily stands for re-election.

The way the numbers currently play out have an (IMHO) undesirable
consequence in that one of last years elects will have a four year term.

14 days is the required notice for the GM. Given that we now can have
remote participation it would be nice to know when the time slot for the
GM is in the SOTM schedule, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
