[Osmf-talk] Hiring help for OSMF administrative tasks

Pulling this back to the paid-staff subject...
I think a paid member would be good for OSMF. Clearly defined job
role/tasks would be good, including who can give them tasks and how they
prioritise tasks.
It could potentially improve transparency by allowing minutes and notes to
be typed up quicker. Obligations, such as managing and sharing the member
list, could also become easier because the staff member would just reply
and do what was needed rather than have political issues behind it.
