One part of the working group upgrades is the re-implementation of
minutes and regular meetings.  Please see the recent minutes here.

Thank you, Rob for taking the interim leadership role for the Working
Group and thank you, Gregory, for taking and posting the minutes.

I hope that others are enjoying seeing the minutes as they are posted,
and that more of us will get involved in doing the things that we want
to see accomplished by the OpenStreetMap Foundation on our behalf.
