[Osmf-talk] Hiring help for OSMF administrative tasks

Frederick's original email asked if anyone had any experience on voluntary
organisations taking on their first/only paid staff member. It seems he was
interested in practicalities of doing so and drawing on knowledge from
organisations that have done so in different ways.

I imagine with such information the board will be able to further their
thoughts on what an OSM staff member would be, and present a proposal to
the OSMF members for debate and/or voting.

I plan to talk with a charity I'm closely involved in & then email
Frederick off-list some comments. I hope he's getting stories from others
too. As it was said, paid/not is not a binary value & so the more info from
*actual* experiences is really valuable.
