I always thought that these are the standard way how things are done in
England ;)

I'll pass on your comment to our accountant and see if the export can be
configured differently.

The depreciation column is the total value written off since the
beginning of days, so it increases every year. Depreciation is only
added at the year-end, hence you'll not see anything in the per-quarter
reports. I'm not sure if it is possible to change that to a monthly
schedule (and I don't know if you are even allowed to deduct
depreciation from something bought during the current year).
