The OSMF wasn't directly involved in this so it clearly isn't our call,
and from what I saw of the correspondence the company in question didn't
do anything wrong. As I pointed out, if you want to protect a term you
use for a product or service, the legal system offers you a clear way to
do so. If you don't bother to do so, you don't have anything to complain
about when it backfires.
