Since in contrast to the previous public board meeting:

there is no link to an audio recording am i right to assume having such 
available is not intended to be done routinely?

Note this is not a request to make available recordings, just an open 
question.  People who visit future board meetings might for example 
want to know if they speak up during such meeting if this is going to 
be published.
