[Osmf-talk] Anonymous Donations

I think that it would be the responsibility and discretion of the board
to make sure that when large sums are donated by an individual or
organisation and a conflict of interest or undue influence could arise
to either refuse the money or request a public donation/inform the
membership.

Additionally, since there is also an annual audit the responsible person
would be allowed to report to the membership that something like that
has occurred if the board refuses to do it themselves. So I think basic
controls and balances for this topic are already in place.

But a certain percentage of the budget to force a donation into the open
as mentioned could also be reasonable.
