Hi Mikel,

I saw in your notes a proposal of "2-level tier for membership fee, to 
include mappers from poorer countries". In the 2014 AGM it was approved 
a membership fee waiver programme, but it has not been defined how 
someone could apply for it. I suggest to queue in the board tasks to 
implement it.
