[Osmf-talk] Board term limits and term lengths

Personally, I'd be in favor or changing the term lengths (and possibly
adding term limits). I think it would be beneficial to know when you vote
for someone how long their term is actually going to be. Sure people can
resign, but there are ways to handle that.

Have 2 year terms explicitly for the board members. That way we could
alternate between 3 and 4 being elected and have some continuity. Then
allow not more than 3 terms. I think it is beneficial when running for the
board to know how long your commitment will be and also beneficial for the
voters to know how long they are going to be represented by someone.
