I'm only seeing a bunch of information about HOT. I don't see how any of it
relates to OSMF or its membership.

It sounds like Lukas wants to have these conversations about what happened
between HOT and Nicolas. Sounds good to me, but I don't see how it fits on
the OSMF-talk mailing list.
