OSM is centered on the very idea of documenting local knowledge of the
whole Earth and you can study the map documenting that on osm.org.
None of the software projects you used as example does either have the
necessity to strive for such a broad geographic distribution to fulfil
its purpose nor does it have an actual breadth of contributors that
comes anywhere near that of OSM.
As others have said the only project you can really use for comparison
here is the WMF - although this comparison comes with problems too of
course.
