[Osmf-talk] Surveys (was: Gender in OSM/OSMF)

Getting the sample or frame right as it is sometimes called is important.
Also it is very important to get a high response rate otherwise you miss
the people who think their views are not important.

This means the survey must be trusted since you need to record an
identifier to follow up on those who have not responded.
