[Osmf-talk] Treasurer's report for 2017 AGM

I wonder why that is too. This should have been communicated earlier.
One day before the AGM is very bad timing. Especially since this years
election has (again) generated a lot of debate around the humanitarian
sector in OSM. For some voters this could have added to their decision.

I would have expected this to have been announced at least before voting
has started.
